KNOXVILLE - Cecelia Crosby, 87, of Knoxville, Iowa, died at 7 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18, in Knoxville Community Hospital.
She was born May 12, 1902, in Farmington, the son of Edward and Jennie Reisner Von Seggen. She married Forrest Crosby.
She spent of most of her life in the Des Moines area.
Survivors include seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two daughters-in-law and sisters Ruth Smith of Knoxville and Gladys Loges of Donnellson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons and one grandson.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. Jim Turner officiating.
Burial will be in the Embury Cemetery.
The Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson is in charge of arrangements.
