Thelma Murphy

Thelma M. Murphy, 82, of the Danville Care Center, formerly of Fort Madison, died 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 1988, at the care center.

Born Aug. 12, 1988, in Farmington, she was the daughter of Jack and Alice Gelatt Willis. She married Charlie O. Murphy Jan. 9, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo.

She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Surviving are her husband; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be until noon Thursday at the King-Lynk Funeral Home, Fort Madison.

A private graveside service for Mrs. Murphy will be Thursday at the Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington, with F.F. Francis officiating.
