Mrs. Ava C. Litton, 80, of Omro, Wis., died at 11:50 p.m. Friday, May 6, 1988, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn.
She was born March 17, 1908, in Stockport, the daughter of Sylvanus and Etta Turner Watson. She married Elry Litton Aug. 13, 1926, who preceded her in death Feb. 8, 1977.
She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.
She is survived by five sons, Lester, of Burlington; Eugene, of San Diego, Calif.; and Marvin, Clarence and Kevin, of Omro, Wis.; one daughter, Nancey Acerson, of Rochester, Minn.; three brothers, William Watson, of Apopka, Fla.; Arlo Watson, Stockport; and Harold Watson, Miami Springs, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Floyd (Mary) Burnett of West Burlington; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Lambirth Cemetery, rural Lockridge, Wednesday, May 11, at 11 a.m., Rev. Ralph Burdette officiating. Family members will receive friends from 7-8:30 p. Tuesday evening at the Lunning Chapel, Burlington. A memorial has been established.
