MILTON - Raywood H. Starrett, 64, of Milton died Feb. 19, 1987, at his home.
He was born Feb. 4, 1923, in Boone to Dennis and Mary Ellington Starrett. He married Fern Rupe March 24, 1973, in Des Moines. He was a veteran of World War II, and was affiliated with Milton Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife; five stepchildren; 17 step-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren; a brother, Dale of Des Moines; and two sisters, Grace Jones and Cathalee Kramer of Des Moines.
The body has been cremated.
A memorial has been established to the Cancer Fund in care of Fern Starrett.
Priester Funeral Chapel in Milton was in charge of arrangements.
