Stanley Manning

KEOSAUQUA - Stanley G. Manning, 79, formerly of Birmingham, died at 11:02 p.m. Feb 28, 1987, at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua.

He was born Jan. 25, 1908, in Douds to Collis and Blanch Brown Manning. he was a farmer and had lived most of his life in Union Township of Van Buren County.

He is survived by a sister, Rachel P. Manning of Keosauqua; several half-brothers; and several half-sisters.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham, the Rev. Duane Olsen officiating.

Memorials have been established to the American Heart Association.

Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is in charge of arrangements.
