Norma Harland

Services for Norma A. Harland, 59, Shelbina, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 1987 at the West Chapel of the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home at Shelbina. The Rev. Milford Gibbs was in charge. Burial was in Shelbina.

Mrs. Harland died at 7 p.m. March 28, 1987 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois. She was born March 27, 1928 in Shelby County to Guy H. and Ruth A. Foster Snider. She married Ellery W. Harland November 8, 1947 at Shelbina. He survives.

Other survivors include four sons, Charles Harland, Farmington, Iowa, Norman (Gene) Harland, Kenneth Harland and John Ed Harland, all of Shelbina; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Talbert, Monroe City, and Katherine Thompson, Shelbina; two sisters, Mrs. Lorene Kidwell, and Mary Margaret Snider, both of Shelbina; 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Harland was a member of the Shelbina United Methodist Church.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Shelbina Library.
