Martha Graham

RICHLAND - Martha Graham, 88, died June 28, 1985, at Bettendorf Health Care Center.

She was born Feb. 24, 1897, in Keokuk County to Ulysses and Mary Scott William. She married Fred Graham June 17, 1913. They lived in Richland until his death in 1943. She moved to the Quad Cities in 1946 and worked at the Farm All plant. She was a member of Friends Church in Richland and Church of God in Davenport.

She is survived by two granddaughters, Karen Reinier Volkel of Eldridge and Sharon Reinier Karnstedt of Cuba, Ill.; two grandsons, Frederick White of Warden, Mont., and William White of Coffeeville, Kan.; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Buena DeGood of Keosauqua.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Lois Reinier and Alberta White Stegall.

Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home in Richland.
