ELDON - Ross F. Hanna, 82, of rural Eldon died Aug. 14, 1985, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
He was born May 19, 1903, in Davis County to Frank and Minnie McDowell Hanna. He farmed in the Eldon area the past 45 years. He was a member of the Bunch Christian Church and attended the Eldon Congregational Church. He married Hallie J. Baldwin on June 10, 1936.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mary Jo Smith of Corona, Calif.; two grandchildren; and a brother, Russell of Des Moines.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Campbell Funeral Home in Eldon, the Rev. David Albert officiating. Burial will be in the Iowaville Cemetery near Selma.
Visitation will be today at the funeral home.
