Former Ottumwan Theodore Moore, 78, of Tucson, Ariz., died at 3 p.m. June 22, 1985, at the Veteran's Hospital in Tucson.
He was born Jan. 30, 1907, in Van Buren County to Frank and Minerva Winters Moore. A World War II Air Force veteran, he was a retired farmer.
He is survived by five brothers, Harold J. of Milton, Charles of Selma, Edward W. of Ottumwa, George K. of Hedrick and David R. of Eldon; and two sisters, Margaret Pool of Fairfield and Mabel Essary of Albia.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Shaul Cemetery, with Milton Forbes officiating, assisted by the American Legion.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Robertson-Jay Funeral Home in Ottumwa.
