Mary Dunshee Swiers Reinertson

Mary Dunshee Swiers Reinertson, age 90, died Feb. 3, 1985 at the Donnellson Nursing Manor where she had lived since July 1984.

She lived in the Douds area and in Keosauqua until moving to Denver, Colo. in 1942.

Surviving children are Richard F. Swiers of Argyle, Margaret Reed of Keosauqua and Patty Cantrel of Denver. One son, Joseph, preceded her in death. Memorial to St. Boniface Catholic Church at Farmington.

MARY E. REINERTSON

Mrs. Mary E. Reinertson, 90, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, February 3, 1985 at the Donnellson Manor Care Center.

She was born September 30, 1894, at Hays, Nebraska. She married W.L. Swiers and after his death, she married Richard M. Reinertson, who also preceded her in death.

She lived in Denver, Colorado since 1942 and moved to Iowa in July, 1984. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are a son Richard Swiers of Argyle; two daughters, Patricia Cantrel of Denver and Margaret Reed of Keosauqua; and 12 grandchildren. A son Joe Swiers preceded her in death.

The body was cremated and the ashes will be buried at a later date at Madrid. A memorial service was held Sunday at St. Boniface Catholic Church in String Prairie. A memorial has been established to the building fund of St. Boniface Church, Farmington.
