Gelenne O. Greenfield

Gelenne O. Greenfield, 84, passed away at Lakewood Hospital in Lakewood, Ohio on Dec. 25, 1984.

She was born Dec. 24, 1900 near Clemons, Iowa to Thomas J. Stanley and Clara Osborn Stanley. In 1920 she married Earl L. Greenfield, who preceded her in death. They spent most of their life in the Douds vicinity until they moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1952.

She is survived by three sons, Robert of Indianola, Donald of Anamosa, John of Dayton, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Rosemary Kacsala of Maple Heights, Ohio, Mrs. Genevieve Witek of Conneaut, Ohio and Mrs. Donna McClaren, of Lakewood, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and one brother, Homer L. Stanley, deceased.

Services were held Friday, Dec. 28, 1984 at the Daniels-Parker Funeral Chapel in Lakewood, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Lyman G. Farrar officiating. Interment was in the Lakewood Park Cemetery, Rocky River, Ohio. Pall bearers were John L. Greenfield, John F. Kacsala III, Michael S. Kacsala, Kevin S. McClaren, Douglas L. Witek, and Gavin T. McClaren.
