LEONARD STEGALL

Funeral services for Leonard Stegall of Stockport, formerly of North Henderson, who died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1984 at the Burlington Memorial Hospital, were held at the Reiser-Trimble Funeral Home, Aledo, Ill., on Saturday, Feb. 10 Rev. Lorraine Martin, pastor of the Viola United Methodist Church officiated. Burial in Viola Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

He married Ethel Maude Robbins in 1923 in Viola. She died in 1964. He married Alberta Lucille White Dec. 11, 1966, at Richland, Iowa.

Mr. Stegall owned and operated a farm near Birmingham, from 1952 to 1966. He owned and operated the Stockport Tavern for four years.

Surviving are his wife, three sons, Robert E. of Joy, Ill., Lowell P. of Moberly, Mo., and Gerald P. of Wapello, two stepsons, Frederick E. White of Billings, Mont., and William P. White, Coffeyville, Kansas; 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
