IVAN BRADFORD

A funeral for Ivan "Brad" Bradford, 74, of Keokuk, who died at 4:35 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 1984 in Keokuk Area Hospital, was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in DeJong Funeral Home, Keokuk. The Rev. Kenneth Royar officiated.

He was born November 21, 1910 in Bentonsport, the son of Jess T. and Pearl Sawdon Bradford. He was a former resident of Farmington.

He married Louis Pitt June 5, 1950 in Tacoma, Washington.

Bradford was in the United States Air Force 13 years before moving to Keokuk in 1963. He was employed by Super Oil Co. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and International Order of Odd Fellows.

Survivors include his wife; step-son James Winkle; sisters, Mrs. Goldie Householder and Mrs. Nina Troutman, both of Wever, and Mrs. Pauline House of Tucson, Arizona; and a brother, Walter of Fort Madison.
