EARL E. SPENCER

Earl E. Spencer, son of Edgar and Adeline Blinkley Spencer, was born September 7, 1890 in Calhoun County, Iowa and departed this life Monday, February 20, 1984 at Manor House Nursing Home in Sigourney at the age of 93.

Earl moved with his family to the Cantril community in 1918 where he resided until entering the nursing home. For a number of years he was custodian of the Cantril United Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 25, 1984 at 10 a.m. in the Cantril United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Butler officiating. Interment was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cantril. Pedrick Funeral Home, Douds was in charge of arrangements.
