CARL FOLKER

Carl Folker, 76died in Burlington Medical Center at 11:40 a.m. Sunday, October 23, 1983.

He was born April 29, 1907 at Canton, Missouri to John and Jessie French Folker. He married Twyla Hufford in 1928; she died in 1954. On October 9, 1954 at Farmington, he married Florence Goessling Beardsworth.

Mr. Folker had been employed by Carl A. Nelson & Co., Inc., for 42 years.

Surviving: the wife; son Robert, Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter, Goria Crane, Burlington; sister Grace Moranto, Omaha, Nebraska; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 26 at Lunning Chapel in Burlington with Rev. Alvin F. Volle officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
