Lunsford

MILTON - Cecil Harmon Lunsford, age 79, died at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 1983 at Milton, Iowa.

He was a retired mechanic.

Parents were Dave and Lucy Harmon Lunsford. He was born in Milton March 28, 1904, and lived there throughout his life.

He married Hulda Zurhorst on June 30, 1929, in Lockridge, Iowa. She died in 1969.

Surviving are: one daughter, Grayce Baxter of Milton; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one sister, Mabel Allen, of Milton.

Funeral services were held on Friday, May 27, 1983, 2 p.m., at the Christian Church in Milton. Clergy was Bruce Hofmann. Interment was at Sunnyside Cemetery, Milton. A memorial has been established to the Milton Christian Church.
