ORAMEL BICKEL

Oramel Bickel, 58, formerly of Milton, died Thursday, February 17, 1983, at Montebello Manor Nursing Home in Hamilton, Illinois.

The son of William and Cora Dalbey Bickel, he was born September 6, 1914 in Van Buren County and lived most of his life in the Milton and Cantril in the Milton area, where he had farmed.

Surviving are a daughter, Rachel Krouse, Agency; four sons, Don, Minneapolis, Minnesota, LeRoy, Burlington, Deane, Keokuk, and Keith, Marshalltown; eight grandchildren and a brother, Marvin of Albia.

Graveside services were held Saturday, February 19, 1983, in the Pulaski Cemetery at Pulaski, with Rev. Charles Butler officiating. Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua was in charge of arrangements.
