d. 23 June 1983, Fort MadisonShe had been in failing health two years and seriously ill one week.
Mrs. Peterschmidt was born Nov. 27, 1908, at Farmington and was a lifelong resident of the area.
On Feb. 20, 1941, at Farmington, she was married to Valentine J. Petrschmidt, who survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Stella Muntz Fine, Fort Madison; a son, Donald J. Peterschmidt, Fort Madison; two sisters, Mrs. Marjorie Rippenkroegr and Mrs. Darlene Larckett, both of Fort Madison; two brothers, Harold Fine, Croton, and Lester Fine, Farmington; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Collier Fine.
The body is at the King-Lynk Funeral Home where final rites will be at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Roger L. Todd will officiate. Burial will be in Greenglade cemetery, Farmington.
