OBITUARY

RUBY S. WELMAN

Mrs. Ruby S. Welman, 86, died August 4 in Cutler, Ill. She was the aunt of Mildred Worrell of Keosauqua and for 40 years operated the Ruby Seidel School of Beauty Culture in East St. Louis, Mo. In recent years she made her home with Lylian Myers at Cutler.
