Frank W. King

Frank W. King of Drakesville, 75, died at the Ottumwa Hospital Tuesday morning.

A retired railroader, he was born on April 5, 1909 to Bert and Bertha Mouer King. He married Ada Lippert on may 19, 1933.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Betty Holley of Ottumwa, Judy Hopkins of Rockford, Ill., and Connie Roberts of Omaha, Neb.; three sons, Richard of Texarkana, Tex., Gary and Darrell (Swede), both of Drakesville; and one sister, Eunice Smith of Unionville.

He was a member of the Bunch Christian Church.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Priester Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dwayne Lippert conducting. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Visitation is open and the casket will be closed at the beginning of the service. Memorials may be made to the heart fund.
