Herman H. Kaiser

Herman H. Kaiser, 84, Lebanon area farmer, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the home of his son near Yale, Iowa.

The son of William and Anna Schwarring Kaiser, he was born May 10, 1899 near Bath, Ill.

He married Ollife Robertson who died in 1970. A sister and two sons also preceded him in death.

Surviving are three sons, Leon of Oakland, Ark., Craig of Yale and R. Ronald of Garwin, a foster son, Carl Gleason, Colo., 13 grandchildren, a great-great grandchild, three brothers, Henry, Cantril, Walter, Milton, and Albert, Peoria, Ill., and a sister, Clara Nelson, Keosauqua.

He was a member of the Lutheran Church.

The service will be Thursday, Dec. 22, 1983 at 1:30 p.m. in the Lebanon United Methodist Church, with Rev. Chris Daniel and Rev. Gerald Caughron officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery at Cantril. Memorials may be made to the Lebanon United Methodist Church.
