BEULAH MAE BULLOCK

Beulah Mae (Larsen) Bullock, was born in Burt, Iowa, and died at the Davis County Hospital on February 8, 1975. She lived in the Burt Community until the family moved to Milton in 1964.

She attended college at Cedar Falls, where she receivied her teaching certificate, and taught school in Kossuth County for several years. During her working career, she was also employed in Burt and Algona, Iowa.

Beulah married Glee H. Bullock of Burt, Iowa, in 1940. They were in business there for 24 years. In 1964, the family moved to Milton, where Beulah and Glee owned an insurance agency for the past 11 years.

Beulah was a member of the Eastern Star in Burt for many years. Also through her activities, she has been a lifetime member of the Federated Affiliated Woman's Club of American, the American Legion Auxiliary, and many other social, religious and business organizations.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Burt, Ia., until moving to Milton, at which time she transferred her membership to the United Methodist Church in Milton.

She is survived by her husband, Glee; two sons, Roger of Portland, Oregon, and Charles of Des Moines, Iowa; a sister, Lauretta Waltman of Burt, Ia.; and many other relatives and friends. Preceeding her in death was an infant son, James Ray.
