Mrs. Bert Delaney

Mrs. Ollie Delaney, 90, Cantril, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1971 at 5:10 p.m. at the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

She was born March 3, 1880 at Hall County, Nebraska, the daughter of Augustine and Lourissa Smith Knox. She was married May 23, 1900, to Bert Delaney, who died Oct. 15, 1968. She was also preceded in death by an infant son and an infant daughter.

She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 2 p.m. at the Cantril Methodist Church, with the Rev. Herbert Phillips officiating. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetary, Cantril.

Services by Wellborn Funeral Home, Milton.
