Floyd C. Logan

Floyd C. Logan of 5001 Dobson St., Skokie, Ill., was born near Big Mound, Lee County, Iowa, Jan. 27, 1902, the son of Harry C. and Gertrude Moxley Logan, and passed away Nov. 30, 1970,n at Ravenswood Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

His youth was spent near Hillsboro, Iowa, until after his high school days, when he moved to Chicago, where he was a longtime employee of the National Casket Company, until his recent retirement.

He was a member of the Masonic Order, being Past Master in 1943.

He is survived by his wife; one brother, Hugh R. Logan of Hillsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Albert (Mae) Decker of Stockport, and Mrs. Virtus (Grace) Struve of Clinton; also nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, his parents and one brother.

Burial was in Sharon Cemetery Thursday afternoon with Rev. Kenneth J. Harden of the Sharon United Presbyterian Church in charge of the committal service.
