Joseph P. Powers

Joseph P. Powers of Maxwell, Iowa, father of Mel Powers, Van Buren County Extension Director, died Dec. 18 in Story County Memorial Hospital at Nevada, Iowa, a victim of cancer.

Mr. Powers, a retired farmer, was 74 years of age.
