Mrs. Bessie Johnson

Mrs. Bessie Lee Johnson of Keokuk, formerly of Farmington, died Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 10 A.M. in Graham Hospital, Keokuk.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Vern (Gladys) Richardson of Bonaparte, Mrs. James (Madaline) Gingrich of Sunnyvale, Calif., Mrs. Carl (Vera) Mauser of Minooka, Ill., Mrs. E.F. (Irene) Hartrick of Keokuk; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Johnson.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, Sept. 24 at 2 P.M. in the DeJong Funeral Home at Keokuk. Burial in the Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk.
