Charles Anderson

Charles M. Anderson, 53, former operator of the Rick & Andy Café at Birmingham, was found dead Wednesday noon, June 24 at the Hunt Hotel, Fairfield, where he had been making his home.

He was born July 29, 1916, the son of Arthur and Vera Anderson. Survivors include five brothers, Harry, Ames; Robert, Granite City, Ill.; Edward, Riverside, Cal.; Richard, Iowa City, and William in Vietnam; six sisters, Mrs. Alice McAllister, Fairfield; Mrs. Mildred Jungblugh, Washington, Ia.; Mrs. Frances Detweiler, Iowa City; Mrs. Ruth Pratt, St. Louis; Mrs. Nell Wenger, Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Marilyn Lukins, Renton, Wash.
