Tammie Sue Wixom, infant daughter of Richard and Gereldine Marie Siegworth Wixom of 209 South Jefferson, Mount Pleasant, died at birth Tuesday, May 5, at 12:49 a.m. in Henry County Memorial hospital at Mount Pleasant.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lucas of Hillsboro and Mrs. Siegworth of Dubuque.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 7, at 2 p.m. in Greenglade cemetery at Farmington with the Rev. Ronald Cochran officiating.

The body is at Miller's Home for Funerals in Farmington.
