Raymond Randolph

The funeral for Raymond Randolph, 74, Milton, who died at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield, Tuesday, Aug. 19, was held at 2 P.M. Friday at the Milton Methodist Church with the Rev. Hubert Phillips officiating. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery. The Beer-Barker Legion Post of Keosauqua conducted military rites. Arrangements were in charge of Wellborn Funeral Home.

Mr. Randolph was born at Bentonsport, May 18, 1895, the son of John and Jane Harward Randolph. On Sept. 8, 1919, he was married to Birdie Scott. She survives.

He was a veteran World War I.

Also surviving are three daughters, Pauline McNabb of Milton, Genevieve Runyon of Keosauqua, and Catherine Balmer of Bloomfield; one sister, Katherine Meredith of Washington; three stepsisters, Mrs. Ben Scott of Keosauqua, Mrs. LeRoy Jobe of Des Moines, and Mrs. Ora Madden of Selma; and 10 grandchildren.
