Mrs. Madge E. Israel, 81, died at her home in Eldon, at 1:15 A.M. Saturday, June 7, after 7 years of illness.

Born in Cantril, July 24, 1887, she was the daughter of Frank and Nora Vinson Nelson. She had lived in Eldon most of her life and was a member of Eldon Methodist Church. Her marriage took place Nov. 1, 1906. He died in 1962.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. George Wright of Eldon; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral was Tuesday at 1 P.M. at Campbell Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. John Nye, Methodist pastor. Burial was in Eldon Cemetery.
