James David Evans, 4 years and 11 months, was born at Fort Madison, Iowa, Dec. 12, 1963, the son of James O. and Azalee Story Evans. He departed this life at University Hospital, Iowa City, Nov. 12, 1968. His short life was spent at Fort Madison. He was a bright, cheerful, friendly little lad, who has brightened all our homes.

Left to mourn his passing are his parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Story, Bonaparte, Iowa, and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Evans, Marceline, Mo., 4 aunts and 5 uncles, 4 cousins and numerous other relatives, adult and childhood friends.

Funeral arrangements, Nieter's Funeral Home, Fort Madison. Services at the Bonaparte Methodist Church, Rev. Harold Schirm, officiating. Music by Mrs. Raymond Cooper. Burial at Bonaparte.
