MARY WARREN

Mary Warren, 90, died Wednesday night, July 20 at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua, where she had been a patient for one week. She had been a patient in the Moore Nursing Home in Stockport for the last six years.

The daughter of Christopher and Sarah Sate Warren, she was born north of Mt. Sterling on Oct. 8, 1875. She was a lifetime resident of Van Buren County. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

She is survived by several cousins, including E.J. Warren of Keosauqua and Mrs. Mamie McCracken of Bentonsport. A brother, Joseph, preceded her in death in 1943.

Services were held Saturday, July 23 at 2 p.m. at the Center Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. Herbert Phillips of Milton officiating. Burial in church cemetery.
