OSCAR BRABHAM
Oscar Brabham, 80, Hillsboro, died June 1 at 4:45 p.m. in University Hospitals, Iowa City, after a lengthy illness.
He was born March 17, 1886 at Farmington, the son of Charles and Inez Richardson Brabham. He spent his childhood in Farmington.
He was a retired railroad worker.
He is survived by one brother, William Brabham of Keokuk; three sisters, Mrs. Nora Gravo of Keokuk, Mrs. Esther Bean of Burlington, and Loretta Brabham of Salem.
He made his home for the last few years with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lucas of Hillsboro.
Funeral service was held Saturday, June 4 at 2 p.m. in Miller's Home for Funerals in Farmington. The Rev. Ronald Hutchings, pastor of the Baptist Church officiated. Burial was in Farmington cemetery.
