Marjorie Schlotfelt

Marjorie Schlotfelt, 39, of Muscatine, formerly of Keosauqua, died Saturday morning at her home.

She was born Sept. 21, 1926 at Mt. Auburn, the daughter of Harry and Ada Keith Schlotfelt. She attended school at Mt. Auburn, Vinton, and graduated from Keosauqua High School in 1944.

She is survived by her mother of Muscatine; three sisters, Mrs. Ross Bellinger of Muscatine, Mrs. Wayne Grantham of Iowa City, and Mrs. Don La Rue of Burlington; and a brother, Don, of Maquoketa.

At one time her late father was custodian here at Lacey-Keosauqua State Park.

Services were held Monday at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral Home in Muscatine, with burial in Mt. Auburn cemetery.
