Stanford G. Clingman, 63 of Fairfield, a former Birmingham resident died Monday, Nov. 19, 1979 in Illinois while visiting in the Quad Cities area. Services were held on Friday at the Schroeder Mortuary in Silvis, Ill. with burial in Memorial Park in Moline. The Clingmans having sold their home in Birmingham to Earl and Ruth Canaday, moved to Fairfield in 1977.
