Mr. and Mrs. Harold Meek were in Ames last week to attend the funeral of her mother, Mrs. C.A. Taylor, on Saturday. Mrs. Taylor passed away on July 11. Also in Ames to attend funeral services for their grandmother were Mr. and Mrs. Ike Meek of Bonaparte, Nancy Meek of Dallas, Tex., Mr. and Mrs. Jon Munford and family of Ceresco, Nebr. and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Meek and family of Bark, S.D. Mrs. Harold Meek and Nancy remained to spend this week in Ames at the Taylor home. Mrs. Meek is also attending schooling for city clerks.
