KEOSAUQUA - The funeral for Private First Class Douglas Miller, 20, of Memphis, Mo., will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Memphis. Gerth & Baskett Funeral Home, Memphis, is in charge of arrangements.

Pfc. Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Miller of Memphis, was electrocuted Thursday when the aluminum ladder he was standing on came into contact with electrical wires at Fort Wayne Army Base, Fairbanks, Alaska, where he was stationed. His grandparents, the Lex Millers and the Darrell Henrys, live at Keosauqua.
