OPAL McCRACKEN

FARMINGTON - Mrs. Opal McCracken, 67, of Glendale, Ariz., formerly of Farmington, died Tuesday at 6 a.m. at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Glendale after egin(err) afterillness(err).

She was born April 29, 1909, at Richland, Ore., to Harvey and Ella Haines Shoemaker. She was a member of the Farmington Church of the Nazarene.

On Feb. 19, 1927, she married Isaac McCracken at Bonaparte. He survives.

Also surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Mileta Collins of Fairfield, Mrs. Lasca Courtney of Mediapolis, Mrs. Paula Graham of Farmington, Mrs. Lueene Jaramillo of Hollywood, Calif., and Mrs. Rue Randal of Sun Valley, Calif.; four sons, Lonzo of Phoenix, Aris., Don of Harrogate, England, Burke of Glendale, Ariz., and Dr. Rance McCracken of Aurora, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Nellie Lafebvre of Keosauqua; 33 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The service will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Farmington Church of the Nazarene, with the Rev. Dennis Kiper officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery.

Visitation will begin after noon on Thursday at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. The family will be at the funeral home Thursday from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
