ROBERT D. WILSON

FARMINGTON - Robert D. Wilson, 66, of Farmington, died Sunday at 12:05 a.m. at Veterans Hospital in Iowa City. He had been ill 16 months.

He was born Nov. 9, 1910, at Kemp, Okla., to Robert and Susan Shipp Wilson. On July, 25, 1936, he married Edna Knoll of Corona, Calif.

A World War II Navy veteran, he was a farmer and lived on the same farm 30 years.

Surviving are his widow; two sons, Robert Eugene of Omaha and Earl LeRoy of Tylertown, Miss.; two sisters, Susan May of Oklahoma City, Oila., and Gladys Kull of Arizona; and five grandchildren.

The service will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington, with Robert Hambright officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8 o'clock.
