MRS. ETHEL A. CLAPPER
KEOSAUQUA - Mrs. Ethel A. Clapper, 64, wife of T.L. (Jerry) Clapper died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dean Bruggeman of Keosauqua.
The daughter of Albert and Leona Yeager Runquist, she was born Sept. 16, 1912 in Burlington. She married T.L. Clapper on Oct. 14, 1941 at Galesburg, Ill. They lived several years in Cantril and Douds, and most of their married life in Keosauqua where they operated the Keosauqua Plumbing and Heating Company. After her retirement in Sept. 1955 they moved to Zwolle, La.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Keosauqua Congregational Church with Rev. Harold Schmedler officiating. Internment will be in the Fellows Cemetery. Arrangements are in charge of Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.
