LOWELL PENROD

MILTON - Lowell Blaine Penrod, 72, died Thursday at 10:10 a.m. at Van Buren County Hospital.

Born July 5, 1904, in Davis County, to Wade and Virginia Ritz Penrod, he was a farmer and a lifetime Troy area resident. He was a member of the Troy United Methodist Church. On Dec. 21, 1928, he married Willa Moore at Troy. She preceded him in death.

Surviving are one son, Richard Penrod of Milton; and three granddaughters.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Harold Day officiating. Burial will be in Rouch Cemetery in Davis County. The family will be at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 8 p.m.
