LANCASTER FUNERAL

CANTRIL - The service for Mary Gertrude Lancaster, 76, who died Monday, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Cantril United Methodist Church. The Rev. Herbert DeMello will officiate, and burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Wellborn Funeral Home at Milton is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lancaster was born Sept. 24, 1899, at Troy to Ernest and Gertrude Piper Evans. She was affiliated with the Cantril United Methodist Church.

On Sept. 18, 1926, she married Floyd Lancaster. He died in 1966.

Surviving are two brothers, William Earl and Gale Evans, both of Milton; and two sisters, Olive Hamberg of Cantril and Grace Hudson of Marion.
