DOROTHY ISAACSON

STOCKPORT - Dorothy R. Isaacson, 66, died Sunday at the long-term care unit of Henry County Hospital in Mount Pleasant.

She was born Nov. 30, 1909, in Salem to Max and Myrtle White Spray. She was a member of the Stockport United Methodist Church, the Stockport Order of the Eastern Star and the Royal Neighbors.

On April 29, 1931, she married Merrill Isaacson in Mount Pleasant. He survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Church of Salem and Jane Williams of Ottumwa; six grandchildren; four brothers, John Spray of Lincoln, Neb., Tom Spray of Billings, Mont., Sam Spray of Hillsboro and Max Spray, Jr. of Taylor Ridge, Ill.; and four sisters, Julia Landass of Stockport, Margaret McCabe of Salem, Clarice Johnson of Hillsboro and Donna Rhue of Ralston, Neb.

The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Stockport United Methodist Church, with the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be left at Burch Funeral Home in Birmingham.
