BESSIE LUNSFORD

MILTON - Bessie Lunsford, 99, died at the Bloomfield Manor Friday about 9 p.m. She was born Jan. 8, 1877, in Milton, the daughter of Hiram and Margaret Carr Harman. She was married to Alfred Lunsford, March 11, 1900, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by one son, Glen Joseph Lunsford and two daughters, Daisy Schlotter and Lela Cundiff, all of Milton; three grandsons and six great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Wellborn Funeral Home at Milton, with the Rev. Gerald Caughron in charge.
