WILLIE C. WOLFE

Willie C. Wolfe, 76-year-old retired barber, died Thursday evening, July 24, 1975, in the Nelson nursing home, at Fairfield.

The son of Harry and Allie Keeler Wolfe, he was born May 8, 1899, at Mt. Sterling. He married Willie Marie Wolf at Mt. Sterling in 1918; she died in 1941.

Mr. Wolfe operated a barber shop at Mt. Sterling for many years.

Surviving: A son, Verle, Huntington Beach, California; two daughters, Mrs. Clair Creek, Greeley, and Mrs. John Cochran, Mt. Sterling; brother, Floyd, Cantril; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral was 2 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Sterling United Methodist Church, Rev. Herbert DeMello; Harness Cemetery. The Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, was in charge of arrangements.
