MRS. TINA V. EWING

Mrs. Tina V. Ewing, 65, Keosauqua, died at 4:33 a.m. Monday, May 5, 1975, in Van Buren County Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born November 24, 1909, the daughter of Noah and Amy McCracken Ward in Oklahoma. She married Max Ewing April 16, 1934, at Mt. Zion. A former employe of the hospital here for 11 years, she had recently lived in Montrose. She was a member of Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church.

Surviving: A daughter, Mrs. Myrna McCarty, Montrose; a son, Melvin, East Moline, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Karl Willits, Bonaparte, and Mrs. Hazel McIntosh, Keosauqua; a brother, Alva Ward, Bonaparte; five grand children; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral was Wednesday, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, Rev. Harold Schnedler; Oak Lawn cemetery at Keosauqua. Pedrick Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established.
