Maggie Miller 1877-1899

Maggie, daughter of William and Martha Miller, was born May 4, 1877 and died October 22, 1899, at the age of 22 years, 5 months and 17 days.

For the last eleven years she had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. B. Mitchell near Bonaparte to whom she was greatly attached and who ministered to her in her last sickness with paternal care.

She made a profession of her faith in Christ her Savior and in July was received as a member of the Presbyterian church of Bonaparte. She grew in grace and in knowledge and was fully prepared for her last great change.

A father, a brother and two sisters and other relatives and friends mourn her loss.

Funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church Tuesday afternoon, October 24, conducted by her pastor, Rev. Scofield. Interment was in the Bonaparte cemetery.
