Mrs. Leo Dossett

Funeral services for Mrs. Reva Elizabeth (Liz) Dossett, 57, a fromer(err) Keosauqua resident, were held Wednesday in Burlington, with burial at Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.

Mrs. Dossett had been seriously ill for several months.

She was born Aug. 23, 1915 in Birmingham, the daughter of Clem and Ina Dille Hootman. She married Marvin Leo Dossett in Kahoka, Mo., Jan. 12, 1940. She was the executive housekeeper at Holiday Inn in Burlington and a member of the Church of Christ. She worked as a nurses aide at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital before moving to Burlington.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. William Gehrmann of Burlington, Mrs. Kenneth Harryman of Denmark, Mrs. Nick Quinn of Keokuk; one son, Larry of Wapello; 11 grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Clem Hootman of Mt. Zion; six brothers and four sisters.
