MARVIN C. DERR

Marvin Clark Derr, 61, son of Guy and Virginia Hayward Derr, was born March 22, 1911, at Davenport, Iowa. He departed from this life January 2, 1973 at 11 o'clock A.M. in Loyola Hospital, Maywood, Ill. after a short illness.

He was united in marriage to Alma Cummings May 2, 1936. To this union were born three sons, Robert of West Chester, Penn., Dennis of Las Gatos, Calif. and Gary, at home. He is survived by his wife, three sons, six grandchildren, and his mother, Mrs. Virginia Derr.

Services were held Friday January 5, 1973 at 11 o'clock A.M. at Sheldon-Goglin Funeral Home, 5933 West Belmont Ave., Chicago, Ill., with Rev. Paul H. Wold officiating. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
