Mrs. Oscar Derr

Edna Jane Derr, 84, of Los Angeles, Calif. former Bonaparte resident died in Los Angeles, Monday, Dec. 18 after an illness of several weeks.

The daughter of Sam and Ellen Sharp, she was born Sept. 16, 1888 in Bonaparte.

She is survived by her husband, Oscar Derr; a daughter, Maxine Greeness; two granddaughters and two great-grandsons, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Sam Smutz of Stockport.

Mr. and Mrs. Derr would have celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on Feb. 28th.

The funeral service was held at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 21, 1972 at the Little Church of the Flowers, Glendale, Calif. with the Rev. Randall B. Scott officiating. Interment was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, California.
